Chef Janet is known for creating gluten-free baked goods that are as good or better than their traditional counterparts. It's all about great flavor and just the right texture when it comes to baking and Chef Janet makes no compromises.

Chef Janet is a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef, a Certified Culinarian with the American Culinary Federation and ServSafe®  Certified with the National Restaurant Association. She also has a Master’s Degree in Education from UCLA and more than 20 years as a teacher so she combines her skills as a teacher and chef to design customized  lessons that include gluten-free recipes and menus.
