These delectable cookies were inspired by my friend Ann Lucas who makes them in a gluten-filled version. She was kind enough to share the recipe which I converted to gluten-free so that you can enjoy them too.

Ingredients: Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla Bean Seeds), Rolled Oats, Brown Sugar, Chef Janet's Gluten Free Flour Blend (Sorghum Flour, Potato Starch, Millet Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour), Vanilla Powder (Dextrose and Vanilla Bean Extractives), Salt, Baking Soda, Xanthan Gum. Packaged in a facility that handles milk and tree nuts.
Chef Janet’s Artisan Collection products are packaged in facility that also handles tree nuts and eggs. Products with chocolate chips may contain traces of milk.
