Gluten-Free Flour Blend - Chef Janet’s blend provides a perfect neutral base for cake and cookie recipes, waffles, pancakes, muffin and quick bread recipes. The blend contains no xanthan gum or binder allowing you to control how much goes into your recipe.
Instead of using predominantly rice flour like most other blends, Chef Janet’s Gluten- Free Flour Blend includes whole grain sorghum and millet flours along with a little bit of brown rice flour. This blend will give your baked goods a superior quality, that we are sure you will agree, cannot be found with other gluten-free flour blends.
